We went to the beach with our friends Hannah and Tami. The girls had such a great time splashing around and playing in the sand. We were really lucky because it turned out to be a beautiful day!!
Deanna figured out that she can fit inside the bucket and cool off with the water!
I finally took Deanna to get her ears pierced! This was something that I had wanted to do for a while, but never had the nerve to take her. I just was afraid and had heard conflicting things about it. So, last Friday I finally bit the bullet and took her. I was all prepared for the possible "meltdown" and had all of her favorite things including a sippy with chocolate milk ready to give her. She is one tough cookie because when they pierced her ears she didn't wince or even make a sound. I was so surprised and proud of her. Since then, she hasn't fussed with them at all and has been pretty good about letting me clean them.
Deanna loves to play on the bed. She is a little monkey and climbs up all by herself and likes to bounce in the middle and fall down.
