Deanna loves the beach! Now that the weather is getting nice, we try to take her whenever we can. She has so much fun playing with the sand and digging with her sand toys. This time she thought it was so funny to dig up sand with her hands and dump it all over Jamie and our towel. (See bottom pics). She also spent a lot of her time chasing the seagulls, she still hasn't quite figured out why they won't let her pet them.
My friend KJ and I took Deanna to the Freedom Playground to play when she was down from Washington D.C. visiting. This playground is all made out of wood and is a really neat place for kids to play because there are all sorts of tunnels and places to explore. Thanks for these neat pics KJ.
Deanna was invited to an Easter Egg Hunt on Saturday. The oldest child participating was 3, so Deanna actually had a chance at getting some eggs. It was a chilly day, so we bundled up and head out to the park. Deanna was all set to go with her bunny basket. Deanna had fun exploring the park and did well finding the eggs with our direction, but seemed to have much more fun breaking them open and eating the jelly beans inside.
